Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

We ship to the United States. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of $79.98 or more. Below that amount, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive an email as soon as your order ships. You can follow it at any time on the Track my order page with your order number and email address.

Shipping delays

If we are unable to ship your order within the time stated above, we will let you know by email with a revised shipping date. You may then cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived after the delivery time stated above, or arrives damaged, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away: we can correct it as long as the order has not shipped.
